An important part of our business is to ensure that our products are available for our customers, when our customers need them.
As the NSW / ACT Supply Planner, you will work closely with our integrated quarry and cement production teams to manage the raw material requirements based on customer demand.
We are looking for a result focused individual who can act as the conduit between our commercial and operational teams to plan for and resolve supply issues impacting our network.

Key responsibilities you will have :
Provide thought leadership in supply planning activities across the region.
Manage inventory and material management strategies for all finished goods.
Monitor material flow as well as production, manufacturing and logistical constraints across the end-to-end supply chain.
Liaise and engage with operational managers and other key stakeholders to understand and monitor production capability, conduct regular business reviews and provide performance updates.
Plan replenishment across the network (DRP) by maintaining an accurate and feasible replenishment plan on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Manage master data for material planning, production and source lists for DRP.
Conduct root-cause analysis for supply chain issues / variances and define corrective action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
Set up inventory targets and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets.
Assist with facilitation of the key S&OP review meetings.
You have the following experience and capabilities :
3+ years experience in planning in a complex environment such as FMCG, agricultural or perishable goods industry.
Tertiary qualification(s) in Supply Chain / Logistics, Engineering, Business and or Commerce / Finance.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA desirable), Power BI and / or Google Analytics.
Ability to analyse large amounts of data, reach clear conclusions, and translate those conclusions into actionable results.
