Due to business growth in Adelaide, we are looking to expand our Corporate Services Team and currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant (White Collar Specialist - Temporary Onsite Employees)
You will specialise in temporary, white collar placements within multiple industries such as; Manufacturing, Call Centre and Government as well as a number of small to medium sized companies across various industries.
This will include the recruitment of temporary roles including; Administrators, Customer Service Officers, payroll, accounts and finance assistants and some technical white collar roles.
You will be given some large accounts to manage and grow. This is a fairly warm desk that requires someone with great relationship building skills to retain and expand new and existing relationships.
You will be at your best when consulting senior leaders & hiring managers about their recruitment requirements and finding top quality talent to meet our clients' needs.
This desk is very fast paced and no two days will be the same.
Reporting to the Regional Manager WA / SA you will join a team of energetic consultants who like to have fun. Your career progression will be clearly mapped out for you.
Duties will include :
Meeting agreed activity and growth targets by taking responsibility for numerous large accounts and building / retaining those relationships
Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
Advising clients on pay rates, candidate availability and negotiating job offers
Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc and shortlisting them according to the job description will enable you to build candidate pools for high volume client requirements
Providing second to none customer service to all clients and candidates
Working collaboratively with the entire team and checking in with clients regarding new and ongoing employees
Desirable applicants will possess :
Minimum of 12 months experience within Account Management or white collar recruitment role whilst having previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines with a desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s
Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and ethical manner
Must have drivers licence and own vehicle
Comfortable with computer programs, including CRM’s (FastTrack), Outlook and Microsoft Suite
