We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health, Safety, Environmental & Facility (HSE) Specialist to join our Xtralis team.

The main purpose of this exciting position is to operationally execute all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) for the Advanced Detection business in Australia.

You will be responsible for HSE management, following established HSE plans and assisting to develop new ones as required and you will partner with Advanced Detection Leadership, driving the company’s safety culture.

In addition, you will be responsible for Facility Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM) and developing plans to coordinate Facility activities by partnering with internal stakeholders and external contractors.

To succeed in this key role, you will ideally hold a degree in engineering or an equivalent field. Qualifications in HSE will also be a preference.

This is a career development role and you should have emerging Health and Safety experience within a relevant industry (manufacturing or related) as well as at least 1 year’s environmental experience.

You will have strong communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellent influencing skills across multiple work groups.
