Our Account Executives are responsible for managing and liaising with our customers during the course of their relationship with Superloop+.
Their primary focus will be to sustain existing services, whilst also driving new business and opportunities with clients and key decision makers to create new sales opportunities in the areas of Telecommunications and Cloud & Managed Services.

As an Account Executive, you will
Maintain and grow a billable customer portfolio via a subset of allocated accounts;
Build your own pipeline of opportunities and driving them to closure, and seek external opportunities as and when necessary;
Evaluate new business opportunities, pursue them by preparing business cases, respond to RFP’s and innovate multi-faceted service solutions;
Provide management accurate activity reports, plans and sales forecasts;
Drive customer outcomes and profitable service delivery within strategic accounts;
Coordinate internal personnel to ensure that customer operational & commercial outcomes are fulfilled via the utilisation of Superloop+ products and services;
Understand Supleroop+’s business products and services, along with the benefits they provide our customers; and
Complete any other duties as directed.
The successful applicant will possess
An extensive ICT sales background specialising in inbound’ account management.
Demonstrated skills in managing customers whilst ensuring portfolio longevity and profitability.
Demonstrated experience selling within medium to large corporate accounts.
Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Competency at presenting and negotiating value propositions with C-Level executives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adept in operating with Gsuite and / or Microsoft Office suite applications.
It will also be highly regarded if you have
Experience with Salesforce.com.
