The Role

An excellent opportunity has opened up within the Transwa Division to lead and coordinate the activities of Transwa’s Prospector and AvonLink / MerredinLink On-Train Staff operations.

In this pivotal role, the successful applicant will lead and supervise all operational aspects of the Prospector and AvonLink / MerredinLink on-train staff and Station Attendant East Perth to ensure best-practice customer service standards are consistently achieved and maintained.

The roles duties include preparation and maintenance of rosters, coordination of en-route train services and stock control for the Prospector buffet operations.

About You :

To be successful in this role, show us you have :

  • Significant experience in applying contemporary customer service principles.
  • Knowledge of and relevant operational experience in a transport passenger network.
  • Demonstrated leadership and planning skills, including the ability to lead and motivate.
  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
