The Customer Service Officer is part of an on-site Facilities Services team and acts as the first point of contact to provide exceptional service for all stakeholders including face to face, telephone and email enquiries.
Additionally, this a well-rounded and diverse role with varied administrative, complaints handling and mailroom duties.
