Exciting new opportunity to support the Telecommunications division by provisioning development and implementation of process automation technologies through effective change management.

About the Role

Service Stream’s Telecommunications division are currently seeking a Process Automation Manager. Reporting directly to the Technology & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of skilled professionals to implement and deliver process automation, ensuring the delivery of projects and initiatives are on time, to budget and to the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders through effective change management.

Based in Collins St Office (VIC), and offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis, this position offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Access and introduce process automation inclusive of RPA, BPO, Microsoft Power Aps, Power Automate, MS Flow, MS SharePoint Management & Automation scriptingManaging a team of 2-3 people by mentoring them and setting up priorities and guidelines for consistent and timely delivery of agreed enhancementsDeliver business case support to increase revenue, decrease cost and improve service delivery through business process re-design and automationContribute to the design and implementation of the divisional technology strategyLead the implementation of process automation by managing, training and developing team membersMapping and re-design of business processes supporting the strategic journey, including communications material.

Redesign business processes, incorporating technology automationManage project budgets effectively and report on variancesDefine change impacts and facilitate business readiness and transition activities.

Actively participate in the change network ensuring that key messages and change activities are cascaded throughout the organisation.

Conduct detailed impact assessments and translate identified impacts into change requirements, for input into change planning.

Skills and Experience

At least 3 years' experience in process automation through technologyProven experience in change managementAt least 3 years’ experience as a people leader, managing and developing teams is desiredDemonstrated ability to work at a senior management level, including developing business strategies and planningHands-on experience in successfully leading business change management initiativesStrong commercial / business acumenHands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation and Microsoft Power Automat, MS Flow and SharePointTertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline are highly regarded
