Our client is a local government organisation based in the Eastern suburbs, which is seeking an experienced Organisational Communications Advisor for a two-
month temporary / contract assignment.
Your responsibilites will be as follows :
Strategy / campaign development and implementation
Develop customer focussed content marketing campaigns that deliver on organisational goals and strategy.
Develop analytics-driven segmentation and appropriate messaging.
Ensure all channels are optimised and are aligned effectively, and customer experience is maximised.
Coordinate delivery of projects, including project plan development, implementation, reporting and budget management.
Manage suppliers from end-to-end, including briefing, timeline development and management, proofing, sign-off and approvals.
Deliver projects to scope, schedule, budget and quality.
Develop content for communication channels that can be retargeted and redesigned for maximum exposure to achieve greater engagement and awareness.
Research topics and stories that results in effective storytelling to engage relevant stakeholders and communicate key messages.
Ensure copy is clear, concise, accurate, in plain language and in line with the corporate communication style.
Coordinate sign-offs in line with agreed approval processes.
To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills & experience
Proven ability to develop customer-focused content and copy
Proven publication management and production skills
Demonstrated skills in working with data and analytics to develop targeted, highly segmented consumer campaigns
Experience and ability to prepare effective written communications for a broad range of stakeholders across various communication channels
Tertiary qualifications in Communications / Marketing / Public Relations or a related field
Valid Driver's License
