About the role :
Create the benchmarks for best practice essential communications by being part of a growing team that optimises customer communications experiences, grows our business and contributes to our innovation agenda.
Lead projects that create a great client experience, provide insights and strategies to drive successful business outcomes and collaborate with a cross functional team to deliver and measure them.
Support the development of sales opportunities and building annuity revenue
Conceptualise projects and facilitate development of communications strategy
Design, lead and facilitate workshops online and in-person with energy and confidence
Formulate and present high-quality insights
Work with customers to solve their communication challenges and manage direct contact with all levels within their business
Collaborate with the internal and customer-based project cross functional consulting team
Map and recommend communications experience touchpoints
Oversee design of transactional communications and their content development aligned to business rules, process and governance
About you :
You’ve enjoyed client facing roles for more than 5 years
You have extensive knowledge of communications consulting
You have experience in transactional communications and print and mail
You have a design or marketing qualification
You are an innovator and have a proven ability to think outside’ the square’
You think creatively and about process
You can scope the vision and drill into the detail
You are a top communicator with broad business knowledge
A broader consulting role may leverage your experience in other disciplines such as CX, UX, change management or process / service design
You are an avid learner and are ready to adapt the emerging disciplines of behavioural science, data analytics and attitude-based segmentation to our business model

We partner with our clients to provide the optimum customer experience across the channels we support and more broadly in their business as they transition to digital, self-service and disrupted models of engagement.
