YOUR OPPORTUNITY :

This exciting opportunity is for a Sales Administration and Receptionist as part of our A&L Windows and Doors facility based at Dandenong South.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers and provide administration support to our Sales team, with the opportunity to grow your career with a global brand.

Job tasks and responsibilities :

Ensuring professionalism and excellence in dealing with customers

Excellent communication, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills

Establish effective understanding of the roles and responsibilities of teams and individuals within all departments to ensure customer enquiries are handled accurately the first time, every time

Ensure sales team have the tools and resources required to complete their duties and assist with procuring resources when requested by management

Skills and experience :

Previous experience in Customer Service and or a related industry

Exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills and time management skills

Ability to work independently as part of a team and have a 'customer comes first' attitude

Can do attitude, excellent work ethic and commitment continuous improvement

High attention to detail and ability to prioritise

Understanding & knowledge of a manufacturing environment preferable

Computer literate preferably in SAP and knowledge of Microsoft 365
