  • What are we looking for?

    Arcadis are excited to continually extend our offerings in the Perth market and being involved in large scale, complex rail infrastructure projects we are looking for a Track and Civil Engineer to join the team.

    This role has a strong client facing focus and would suit someone who has worked closely managing relationships and developing business with operators, contractors and clients.

    Your role will include :

  • Maintaining a good understanding of the background of client business and related industry to facilitate building effective and enduring relationships and consolidating both company and personal credibility in the industry.
  • Managing selected projects (or parts of projects) meeting budgetary, quality and timeframe targets and taking responsibility for resource allocation
  • Managing subcontractors, quality assurance and client feedback and ensure effective communication of any changes / modifications
  • Ensuring the integrity of overall design as well as planning, quality assurance, site inspections, design delivery and budget control of design projects
  • Liaising with the Project Manager and the client to keep informed of all developments associated with the project
  • Qualifications

    You are a tertiary qualified engineer with extensive experience in the rail industry and come to us with :

  • Credibility and confidence in building and establishing working relationships with key clients
  • Driving and winning business opportunities
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Heavy and Light Rail
  • The ability to work within, develop, manage and lead a project team
  • Familiarity with the WA rail industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong client focus and the ability to work within or lead a project team.
