Engagement Coordinator

Starting with KPMG as an Engagement Coordinator , you will be joining a fast paced and growing team of administration professionals based in our offices in Rhodes.

Liaising with our client teams, you will coordinate the end-to-end administration of our client engagements from on-boarding to completion of those engagements.

You will be required to work between the hours of 10 : 30am - 7pm Monday to Friday on a permanent full time basis in Rhodes.

Alternative shift times are between the hours of 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm Monday to Friday. Please apply to join our talent pool if you would like to be considered for future vacancies.

Your major responsibilities will include :

  • Liaising with client facing teams to provide administrative support
  • Preparation of client contracts
  • Performing risk assessments and use of risk management systems
  • Updating and maintaining Client Relationship Management Systems
  • Use of accounting software as needed to support the client facing team, when required

  • Administration experience gained within a professional environment preferred but not essential
  • Initiative, self-motivation and a commitment to providing highly responsive customer service
  • Outstanding time management, problem solving and organisational skills gained in a high volume environment with competing demands
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset, strong communication skills and a flexible approach to your work
  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft office skills
