This is a greenfield position where you will lead from the front in an SDR capacity and work very closely with the head of sales, CEO and BDM's.
Key elements of the role will include :
Partnering with the head of sales and marketing team regularly to ensure the appropriate number of leads are coming in.
Ensuring daily metrics / KPI's are met and meeting goals are achieved.
Lead the inbound and outbound prospecting effort.
Ad hoc tasks and projects as required during this high growth phase.
The successful candidates will have the following attributes :
1-3 years Sales or SDR experience
A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle, hand off to Customer Success)
Demonstrated ability to articulate unique proposition of the product and obtain product knowledge
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior level executives
Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
High energy and positive attitude
Track record of achieving results in a competitive and metrics driven environment
