We're looking for a Development Manager to lead multiple distributed software development teams here at Atlassian. You'll be part of a growing team, crafting the next generation of our Jira Shared Experiences platform which is focused on delivering a consistent customer experience across our Jira products.
You'll work closely with your product and design counterparts to define and deliver the strategy for your product or services, drive high-velocity engineering teams that balance the need for quality, reduction of tech debt, business impact and continual improvement.
You'll be responsible for building effective teams, empowering them to achieve their goals and putting those goals into broader context.
Your greatest responsibility will be looking after the Engineering Managers and their teams reporting to you, coaching and supporting them in their professional development, unlocking their potential, and challenging them to step outside their comfort zone to grow and excel.
