With high numbers of customers visiting our beautiful Drouin display, don't just sell but build relationships and provide solutions for the biggest purchase any customer will make.
Weekend work is necessary. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include :
Understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable solutions;
Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets;
Providing customers with a first class experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have :
A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the residential industry or a sales focused position;
A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
Strong negotiation and sales techniques to ensure growth of leads and clients;
Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills;
Well developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
This role requires a national police check to be undertaken.
